Flying - Seattle or Spokane
For those flying in for our day - you will want to fly into SeaTac or Spokane, Wa In both situations you are still 2.5 -3 hours away from Wenatchee when you land. So please plan accordingly for the next leg of your trip. Alaska Airlines does fly in and out of Wenatchee, Wa (EAT- Pangborn Field) once or twice a day if you are lucky enough to have flights that line up with those times. The other options: rent a car and drive, take the Amtrak, or hop on the shuttle bus.

For those that don't mind taking their time getting to Wenatchee and would like a scenic trip - the Amtrak would be beautiful this time of year. You would want to take a train from Seattle if flying into SeaTac. And not the one from Tukwila - meaning you would need to leave the airport and probably taxi or light rail to the Amtrak station. You can also take this option from Spokane.

Wenatchee Valley Shuttle - can get you to and from SeaTac in just over three hours and has multiple departure times from both locations per day. - this drops you at the Wenatchee train station which is just a few blocks from the Pybus Market and the Hilton Garden Inn which is our chosen Hotel

Semi Formal/Festive - Ladies - if choosing a heel. You might prefer a closed toe with either a block heel or wedge. All: We will be outside under cover. The tents will be heated, but please dress for the weather.
A shuttle will be provided to and from the Ceremony/Reception Site, Guests can start to shuttle at 3:15pm & 4:15pm please note that there are only 13 seats on the shuttle - Theses are the only 2 shuttles before the ceremony - but the shuttle will then run continuously later in the evening to bring people back down the mountain. With the last run at 9:30pm. There is also plenty of parking at Aunt Shelly's house for those that choose to drive. Ravenous Catering will be serving Chicken & Steak as the main course for dinner after our Ceremony. Along with charcuterie, and appetizers beforehand. There will be many gluten free options available. Ravenous is not able to accommodate other specific/individual dietary restrictions, but we hope because of the menu we chose everyone will be full at the end of the night.
