What should I wear?

Anything you want! This is an informal reception. Dress like a pirate, your favorite Harry Potter character, or wear pajamas (like the kids do nowadays).

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Chicago style hotdogs and chips from the best hot dog guy in St Joseph and frozen yogurt from Hoopla Ice Cream. There will be a full service bar serving pop, water, beer and wine.

When do I show up?

You can arrive anytime between 4pm and 8pm. There is no planned schedule of events.

No assigned seating. Find a table or a nice spot outside.

Yes definitely! There is a playground outside if they get bored.

We do not have a registry. Wedding gifts are appreciated but not expected.

We have friends and family that are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in St Joseph. The wedding couple is staying at The Inn At Harbor Shores.

What about the actual wedding ceremony?

The couple is having a small private ceremony with their immediate family just prior to the reception.

What is there to do in St Joseph Michigan?

Answer

You can visit the downtown and lakeshore, there are several beaches (probably too cold to swim in November but you do you) and lots of great restaurants and bars.
