Answer

Yes, canapes, beer, wine and soft drink will be provided. Spirits available at bar prices.

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer

Yes, you can post photos. We do ask you to minimise the use of devices during the ceremony - we have a professional photographer and videographer, so you can sit back and take it all in!

What date do I need to RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP through our website by Thursday 9th of January 2025. If you have any problems using the website, please message us on the numbers listed above. If you have not RSVP'd by this date, you will be marked as unable to attend and will not be included on the final guest list.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is a parking area at the venue.

Are my children invited?

Answer

Due to the cost and capacity of the venue, only children who are listed on your invitation are able to attend. We would love to have everyone's children there, but unfortunately we can't. We appreciate your understanding.

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

This is definitely not a requirement! However, we will have a wishing well at the venue if you choose to bring a gift. All funds will go towards our Euro honeymoon!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the garden (pending the unpredictable Melbourne weather!) The reception will be in a rotunda - this area is undercover, and also has an outdoor area with picnic tables. There will be heating and fans available (weather dependant).

What if it rains on the day?

We have a wet weather plan! If it rains (fingers crossed it doesn't), the ceremony will be moved inside the rotunda.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp. We kindly ask that you ensure you arrive no later than 3:30pm, this will give you enough time to be seated before the ceremony commences. Please note, if you arrive after the ceremony commences, you will have to wait aside until the reception starts.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Wear your best formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim, and if wearing a dress, avoid colours typically reserved for the bride (whites, cream, ivory).
