Nestor and Misti met in 2017 at the University of Iowa. After their spring break trip in 2018, they started dating and fell fast for one another. They have since created a life full of fun, memories, and two little blessing alongside Nestor’s two children, Zaiden and Kamila. In 2020, Nestor was unexpectedly rushed to the hospital where he would begin a long journey battling Covid, all while Misti was pregnant with their first daughter, Elissa. Through faith and prayer, Misti and Nestor were able to overcome this difficult time and welcome Elissa in August of 2020. March of 2021, Nestor (finally) proposed to Misti and she obviously said “yes!”. Through hard work and determination , Nestor bought his family their first house and shortly after, welcomed their son Elias in August of 2023. The couple has been blessed with the love and support from their families and now it’s time to take the party and say “I DO” in Puerto Rico!
