Parking is at The Hawbridge School across the street from the Haw River Ballroom campus (see map). It's about a 3-5 min walk to the venue. The ceremony will be at the amphitheater on the west side of the Haw River Ballroom building.

Cocktail attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors in the adjacent amphitheater, so please dress accordingly. Gentlemen are welcome to wear a guayabera—traditional Puerto Rican formalwear—if they choose. And don’t forget your dancing shoes! We’ll have a live band and plenty of music to keep the celebration going.

We’ll be serving up delicious international flavors during cocktail hour and dinner. All food will be entirely vegan and vegetarian—and trust us, even the biggest carnivores won’t miss a thing! We can’t wait for you to enjoy this flavorful feast with us.

To help all our guests fully relax and enjoy the celebration, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. While our three daughters will be with us, we kindly ask that you treat yourself to a night off and come ready to celebrate and have fun. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special evening with you!

We’ll begin music and seating as early as 4:30 PM, with the ceremony starting at 5:00 PM. Feel free to arrive a little early to get settled and enjoy the atmosphere. Please note there may be a short walk of under five minutes from the parking area to the venue.

We kindly ask that you refrain from using phones during the ceremony. We’ll have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all the special moments, so you can fully relax and be present.
