Elopement

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Roy's Redwoods Open Space Preserve
108 Nicasio Valley Road, San Geronimo, CA 94963

Step into the circle with us! We invite you to gather within an ancient redwood fairy ring, a sacred place where magic lingers in the moss and the air smells of earth and forever. Our ceremony will be intimate and brief, but don't be fooled, there won't be a dry eye among the ferns. Please note there will be no seating, so come ready to stand beneath the giants and witness our love become something the forest will hold forever. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a warm heart, and let the trees do the rest. We are so glad you'll be there.

Celebration Dinner

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

After we exchange our vows beneath the ancient redwoods, we invite you to wander with us to dinner to keep the magic alive a little longer! Dinner will be at your own cost; but the cake, memories, the moonlight, and the merriment? Those are on us. We can't wait to celebrate among our favorite humans in the forest!

Travel

The Wedding Website of Miguel Ángel Arana Santiago and Manuel José Quiñones Pérez
Your journey into the forest begins at the parking area, where the trees will call you inward. Follow the path through the ancient giants and let the moss and the light guide your feet, the fairy ring will find you when you're ready. There, within the cathedral of the redwoods, the court of the forest awaits. To help you find your way through the woods, we've prepared a map for you and we will be sharing it with you later. Trust the trail, and let the forest do the rest.

FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Think enchanted woodland, not muddy trail! We invite you to dress in the rich, earthy tones of the forest, think warm russets, soft creams, dusty mauves, rich burgundies, warm browns, and the golden hues of autumn leaves. We do ask that you kindly avoid green and blue, as those are the colors our grooms will be wearing. A gentle reminder, the fairy ring is a short and beautiful hike through the forest, so while we absolutely want you looking gorgeous, please make sure your feet are as happy as your heart. Think elegant comfort, your most stylish walking shoes are very much encouraged.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

As much as we wish we could summon an enchanted carriage for each of you, transportation to and from San Francisco to the preserve will need to be self-arranged. We'd suggest carpooling with fellow guests, or exploring rideshare options, that way the adventure begins before you even reach the trees! If you need any help figuring out the best way to get there, don't hesitate to reach out and we'll help guide you through the woods.

Question

Is this the only ceremony?

Answer

No, the forest may be where we bind our souls, but the celebration is far from over! Fear not if the redwoods are a little out of reach this time around, a grander, ceremony awaits you in the sun-soaked paradise of Puerto Rico! So if the ancient fairy ring can't call your name this time, do not carry a single drop of guilt through those ferns. A tropical adventure is already taking root on the horizon, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you under a whole different kind of canopy. The best love stories are always told in more than one place.
