Is there a hotel block?

Due to the wide variety of hotels and places to stay in the Reno area, we do not have any hotel blocks at this time. There will be some hotels listed in the “Travel” section to give you some ideas and options.

Will there be transportation?

We will not be providing transportation to and from the wedding. Please make sure you have a designated driver if you plan on drinking.

Yes. There is a designated parking lot at the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

We are asking all guests to RSVP by December 31st.

What will happen if I don’t RSVP in time?

Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue with exact numbers by a certain date so please RSVP as soon as possible!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at promptly 4pm. Please arrive around 3:30 - 3:45 to find a seat and get settled.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

The ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors with the reception to follow indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our guests get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal. We want everyone to get dressed up but still be comfortable to enjoy themselves in the dance floor. We ask that you do not wear white, blue or pink as these are colors we want to save for us and the wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

Absolutely. We want all our family and friends to be there to celebrate with us. If your invitation says “& Family” please let us know an exact number of who all will be attending when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, we don’t want to leave anyone out. If you will be bringing children let us know as our caterer does have some kid-friendly options available. We just need to know a number of how many children will be attending so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have set up a limited open bar, after which the bar will transition to a cash bar. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and still be safe getting home after the wedding.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means that we are asking all phones/devices to be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well we’ve hired a talented professional to capture these important moments of our lives, and we’d hate to have a well-meaning person’s phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you want! And we promise to share the photos as soon as we get them. We ask that all photos and videos you take be uploaded using the QR code available on the tables.
