How do we RSVP, and when do we need to RSVP by?

You can RSVP for all of our events right on this website! Once we send out our invitations, RSVP options will open to our guests. We request all RSVPs be in by *insert RSVP date here* so we can notify all our vendors about final head counts. Please RSVP to all events for the wedding weekend, and thank you in advance!

What is the suggested attire for the different events?

Answer

Our goal for the entire weekend is that everyone feels their best. If you feel any of the below suggestions will hinder this, please do not hesitate to reach out. The weather in Connecticut in September can be labile, from the 70s at its peak to the 40s at night. We highly suggest bringing layers for all events, and check the forecast as the weekend approaches. Welcome Party: Casual Cocktail Wear your favorite date-night look! That can include dresses, jeans, and anything in-between. The Willow Room has a private patio for our use, so take that into account! Wedding Day: For the wedding, we request guests wear black, formal attire. There are no restrictions on what that entails; dresses, suits and jumpsuits are all welcome! We want everyone to feel their absolute best on our wedding day! Tarrywile has both indoor and outdoor spaces, and beautiful grounds for us to enjoy. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside. There may be brief periods walking on grass, so please account for that in footwear choices. Goodbye Send-Off: It is the morning after our wedding, we do not care what you wear. Come as you are, we promise not to judge! Again, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly. Your comfort is our priority.

How do we get to the wedding?

Answer

We will have a shuttle for any guests who choose. It will leave for our ceremony from Hotel Zero Degrees at X time. There will be a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night leaving at X pm. If you elect to drive, there is abundant parking at the venue with attendants to direct you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Can we take/post photos freely?

Answer

We kindly request no one be on their phones during our ceremony, and that includes photo taking. It is incredibly important to us that everyone be present during that time. Outside of that, there are no restrictions. Go crazy, post whatever and be sure to tag us!

Where do I put in my dinner selection?

Answer

We are having a cocktail hour reception with passed hors-doeurves and stations. There will be no formal seating chart but plenty of places to sit and enjoy the company of family and friends, old and new. Please let us know of any major dietary restrictions, and come ready to eat!
