Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We respectfully request no children at the wedding—we hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is formal attire with a romantic garden theme. We’d love to see you in florals and pastels—think elegant, festive, and dressed to impress! No jeans please.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are driving yourself, we recommend arriving no later than 3:30 PM to find parking, grab a seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM sharp. You’re welcome to park anywhere you find a spot in the neighborhood! Please be respectful of our neighbors and mindful of any painted curbs or signage. We can’t wait to see you there! Please see below for information about scheduling an Uber drop-off.

Question

Scheduling an Uber

Answer

If you’d prefer not to worry about parking for the ceremony, we recommend parking at a nearby shopping center and taking a 5 minute Uber. Plan to be dropped off between 3:40–3:50, then schedule a return Uber around 5:00 to take you back to your car. Here is the address for the shopping center: 955 Catalina Blvd, San Diego

Question

Where should I park my car for the dinner?

Answer

At ferry landing there is a parking lot for all visiting guests. Il Fornaio has offered 3 hours of free parking. All you need to do is type in an access code to the parking machine. Please follow the instructions below: Press any button to “wake up” the machines. Enter the vehicles License Plate Number. Choose the “Banquet” option. The machine will then prompt for a code, the code is 5964 A pass valid for 3 hours will then be printed and the guest will have to place the ticket on the dash of their vehicle.

Question

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful springtime coastal air. The reception that follows will be indoors in a private room at Il Fornaio.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, meaning we are asking our guests to not take any photos or videos during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like!
