If you are not staying at the Resort and are staying at an offsite property, what is the cost of a day pass to attend events on the Royalton property?

Answer

The cost per person per day is $150. The pass is good from 10:00am - 5:00pm. We are working with the Resort to have the fee waived or reduced. We will also need your name in order to place you (and your guest) on the guest list. You are required to bring a valid photo ID in order to enter the property.

How long will the group booking link be active?

Please book your room as soon as possible. We have already sold out of multiple room categories. Currently the Royalton Hideaway Resort (adults only) is completely booked.

What are the initial costs assessed when booking your room?

Answer

When booking your room, you will incur a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay. The balance amount will be due when you arrive to check-in.

What are my options regarding the check in process for my stay

1. Upon your arrival, we have arranged for a private VIP check in section for our guests who booked under the Flowers Wedding Party and will be staying at the Royalton and Royalton Hideaway Resorts St. Lucia, or 2. Prior to your arrival you can choose to check in online at www.royaltonresorts.com where you can upload your travel documents and enter your booking details. This will give you access to an exclusive but public "fast track" lane once you arrive at the resort. PLEASE NOTE: If you booked your accommodations outside of our wedding booking link AND you are staying at one of the Royalton Resorts, please make sure the bride and groom obtains your itinerary before September 13th, 2026

What are the options for airport transfers?

The International Airport (UVF) is 45 miles from the Royalton Luxury Resorts. This is approximately a 1.5hr - 2hr drive. We are currently working with the resort as well as private transportation companies to coordinate discounted transportation accommodations to and from the airport. Please check back on September 15, 2026 for an update on ground transportation accommodations. I don't have a passport. What is the process to secure a passport

Answer

To get a U.S. passport for the first time, you must fill out Form DS-11, gather proof of citizenship and identity, take a photo, and apply in person at an acceptance facility (e.g., post office). The current cost is $130 for the book, plus a processing fee, with standard processing times around 4-6 weeks.
