Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00 pm. We strongly recommend all guests aim at arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in.
Our wedding is black tie optional (see FAQs for details). Part of the reception will be outdoors so you might want to bring a coat or jacket in case it gets chilly once the sun goes down. Our venue will also have grass so please be mindful when thinking of shoes.

We will move indoors for the after party at the same location. Coffee, tea, dessert and late night snacks will be served at this time!

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. Guest seating will begin at 4:45 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time so everyone can fully enjoy the ceremony together.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Spanish Hills Club. Everything will be held at the same location, so no additional travel is required between events.
Free parking is on-site and available for all wedding guests.
Our dress code is black tie optional. This means either formal or black tie attire is encouraged. Guests are welcome to wear classic black-tie attire (such as a tuxedo or an evening gown), but it is not required. A dark suit and tie and floor-length or midi dresses are all great choices. We want everyone to feel dressed up and comfortable as we celebrate together! Note part of the event will take place outdoors, so please bring a coat or jacket in case it gets chilly. Parts of the wedding will be held on a grassy lawn. We encourage guests to keep this in mind when selecting shoes.

While we wish we can invite all your little (and not so little) ones, due to venue and space limitations, only children specifically named on the invitation are included. We appreciate your understanding.
