Wear the same attire as the wedding
We will get picked up at the wedding venue right after ceremony. It is a tradition in this city to celebrate newlyweds down the streets with a parade of musicians and traditionally dressed dancers. It means so much to us to receive this positive energy from everyone and start off our marriage this way! What a unique experience for all of us. We will do this for a few blocks in the most colorful streets of the city and from there be dropped off at the reception for dinner, dancing, performances, and more celebration!

TOP THINGS TO DO: •Wander through Getsemani - A vibrant neighborhood filled with street art and local charm and Cartagena's Colorful Doors - These bright, oversized doors with unigue knockers are a special part of the city. •Sunset from a rooftop bar - Top spots: Movich Hotel, Mirador Gastro Bar, Sophia Hotel, Alquímico, Casa Lola Hotel. •Visit Abaco Libros y Cafe - A cozy bookstore café perfect for a coffee break. •Tour Castillo San Felipe de Barajas - Explore this historic fortress with panoramic views. •Visit La Serrezuela Located in the heart of Cartagena’s Old Walled City, this iconic shopping center provides a mix of upscale shopping, gourmet dining, and entertainment. At the core of this architectural marvel is the restored Circo Teatro de La Serrezuela, whose circular façade and open-columned rotunda serve as both a homage to the past and a gateway to the future of modern commerce in Cartagena. We suggest dining at the upstairs Crepes & Waffles. You’ll thank us later
