When do the shuttles leave to/from the venue?

The shuttle schedule is as follows: To the venue from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Thomas - the shuttle will depart at 3:35 pm. Back to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Thomas as well as Port Stanley - shuttles will depart from the venue at 10 pm, 11:30 pm and 1 am. These will be announced by the MC.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite or if you have a plus one option listed when you RVSP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to make our celebration adults-only with the exception of kids listed on the specific invitation RVSP. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal event and we kindly request that our guests dress accordingly! We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best. Please note, the ceremony takes place in a grass area and some sharper women's heels will sink in. It is recommended to consider a thicker heel to avoid this from occurring.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Our venue has free on-site parking available for those who would like to drive. Transportation to the venue will be provided from the hotel listed above. Transportation home at the end of the evening will be provided to both the hotel and Port Stanley area.
