How we met!
After years of being too scared to speak to each other throughout middle and high school, one Yeah Yeah Yeahs t-shirt gave them both the courage to spend lunch talking about music. The rest is history!

Please allow yourself ample time to park and get inside before the ceremony starts as time is very restricted at this venue! The allotted time for the ceremony is 30 minutes.
Cocktail Hour and Reception
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Please note that street parking is limited! Unfortunately, some guests may have to park further than others. The home is located in Moreno Valley, CA! The address will be relayed privately.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP by April 26, 2026! Sorry for the short notice ; life has been hectic due to our move to Texas!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
This event is semi formal, and although you are welcome to wear whatever you like, our color scheme includes shades of pink, wine, and olive green if you’d like to match! Please note the reception will be in the Melgoza’s backyard, so feel free to wear comfier footwear!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
May can be tricky to plan for; it can be super hot during the day (think around low 80s) and cooler at night, around 50! Be sure to bring a light sweater if you get cold easily!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held in downtown Riverside at Thee Old Chapel and the reception will be held at the Melgoza residence about 15 minutes away! The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be outdoors.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
We will have about an hour of photos after the ceremony if the venue allows. Feel free to start heading to the Melgoza residence for cocktail hour!

Will there be food at the cocktail hour?

There will be light finger food available during cocktail hour to hold you over for dinner!

What kind of food will be served for dinner?
Answer
We will be having an Italian dinner, so a lot of pastas, bread, and cheese! If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please contact Melissa or Trenton directly so we may accommodate you.

Yes, there will be alcohol, but we’re keeping it cute since it’s midweek!

As much as we’d love to host everyone, your invitation will clarify how many guests we are inviting for your party!

Where are you registered?
Answer
We’re not! You joining us on our special day is already a treat! We are planning on a honeymoon whenever time allows, so if you’d like to contribute it would be appreciated, but it is not required.
