It all began when the two of us ventured into online dating. After a week of learning more about each other, Shaun reserved us a dinner at the Winfield Grill. I was hesitant after some long work shifts, feeling too exhausted to go. With Shaun's encouragement, he urged us past the fatigue and those first-date nerves. Both working in the mental health field, we quickly discovered shared passions and experiences that deepened our bond. Within the first few dates, we suspected that this was something extraordinary—unlike anything we had experienced before. From there, our love story unfolded effortlessly. We began dating, met each other's families, and soon exchanged those powerful three words, “I love you.” What started as a simple online match grew into a profound connection, a love that felt inevitable from the very beginning. The rest, as they say, is history.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. There is a short golf cart ride/walk to the ceremony site that will take some time, so arriving at least 15 minutes early is recommended.

Is there accessible parking?
Answer
Yes, the venue has a private parking lot with enough spots for everyone. Cars may be left overnight, but do need to be picked up by 10 am the following morning.

What should I wear
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception will be held in the lodge. Dress according to the weather that day. No jeans or sneakers. No white/colors similar to white.

Will there be a shuttle service?
Answer
No, please plan accordingly. There are local hotels to stay at if you decide to go that route (please see local hotel options above), plan to carpool with a designated driver or utilize a ridesharing company.

We decided to keep our wedding small and intimate, the RSVP will indicate the invited individuals.

Answer
Although we love our little ones, this will be an adult only wedding.
