Ceremony begins at 4pm so please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will all be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Dress shorts are welcome, but kindly no jeans.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. Please don’t plan on leaving your car overnight, but we also want everyone to get home safely. If a vehicle does need to be left overnight, it must be parked in the lot and removed by 8:00 AM the next morning. A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Eagan who booked using the wedding code. At least two shuttle runs will be provided. Uber and Lyft are also available and service the venue.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

The entire event is outdoors! There is a full custom pavilion enclosure in case of inclement weather so the party will go on!

Will there be an open bar?

An open bar will be available throughout cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance. A shuttle will be provided for guests who have booked under the Beranek/Harkess room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagan. At least two shuttle trips will be provided.
