Which resort should we choose

There are 4 hotel options on Disney property included in the room block; we wanted our guests to be able to tailor their visit to their own preferences. All choices are good, and offer amenities such as pools, arcades, dining areas, and transportation to the parks. Lets break down some of the pros specific to each hotel in the list below. Beach Club & Yacht Club Resorts: Twin resorts, differing only in decor. Both are within walking distance of the ceremony and reception. The resorts share a premium multi-acre, sand bottom pool with slides, lazy river, and more. Within walking distance of the Epcot theme park, and a gondola (Disney's Skyliner) or boat ride away from the Hollywood Studios theme park. While they are the most expensive resorts in the room block, booking these resorts through the wedding website provides a 20% discount from the standard pricing. Art of Animation Resort: In-resort gondola Disney's Skyliner that can take you to the wedding or theme parks, rooms themed to The Little Mermaid, and is more affordable than Beach & Yacht Club resorts. All Star Movies Resort: Most affordable option. Disney will also lets you resort hop to enjoy the best of both worlds. Want to stay close to the ceremony and enjoy the amenities of the yacht or beach club on Friday and Saturday, but want a cheap place to stay on other nights? Disney concierge will seamlessly transfer your bags the day you change hotels and put them into your new room for you. You are also welcome to stay off property or in a different hotel and take an uber or personal transportation to the Ceremony, but please let us know.

The hotel website is showing no availability for my desired resort or day. What should I do?

You may call Disney's room block specialist using the phone number provided in the "Travel" section. They should be able to help you book the rooms and days you would like, before, during or after the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The day of the wedding, please see one of the special dietary trained cast members to request allergy friendly options. In addition, let us know, and we can try to inform them.

Question

Can I upgrade my hotel room or extend my stay?

Answer

Yes! Contact the room block specialist through the number provided in the "Travel" section. They can open up a space for you. If a discount exists for the hotel room, the discount should extend to the upgraded rooms.
