We appreciate everyone traveling so far and taking time out of your busy schedules to celebrate our special day with us. So we can spend as much time as possible with you all, we will be hosting a Welcome Party, with a few small bites provided. While we would love to see you before the big day, if you'd prefer to explore or rest, we completely understand and will see you at the reception!

Pet Policy: “We are Pet Friendly and allow up to two dogs in a limited number of rooms. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g., cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The Pet Friendly rate is $30 per day.”

What day is the ceremony taking place?
Answer
Megan and Brandt are getting married at Minneapolis City Hall in a private ceremony on September 15th. Everyone is invited to celebrate the occasion at the reception on September 18th, 2026.

Kindly RSVP by August 21st, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the reception?
Answer
Cocktail hour begins at 4pm, and guests should arrive anytime between 4pm and 5:30pm.

Is there going to be a cash bar?

Your first round of beer, wine, or seltzer is on us! If you're feeling extra celebratory, a cash bar will be available for additional libations. Sodas, lemonade, and juice will be provided at no cost.

Majestic Oaks has a large parking lot available for guests.

What time will the reception end?
Answer
Majestic Oaks wants us cleaned up and out of the building by 11:55pm, so we'll be doing last call at 11pm.
