Jessica and Matthew met in 2018 during their first year of law school. Matthew sat down next to Jessica and introduced himself to her on the first day of class. Later that day she dramatically told her friends that it was love at first sight. Although she sat in the back of the classroom while he was front and center, they met each other in the law school cafeteria before and after every class. On their first date, Matthew came to the door to pick Jessica up. She lived with her aunt Angel and uncle George at the time, and their Ring doorbell camera caught Matthew giving himself a pep-talk. He immediately won the heart of Jessica and her whole family. Exactly four years later, on the stone arch bridge in Minneapolis, Matthew asked Jessica to marry him. Easiest decision she ever made!
