Ceremony

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes/Suits and gowns are preferred, but not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome. Wedding party is black-tie.

The ceremony will take place outside of Sedona, off Highway 179. Exact GPS coordinates will be provided on Friday, May 15, 2026. The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm, followed by after-ceremony formals. The ceremony will be brief, but seating is not available at this location. SHOE ATTIRE NOTICE FOR WOMEN: The ground may be rocky and unstable. It is highly recommended to bring a separate pair of comfier shoes or wear thicker, shorter heels. Stilletos are not recommended. IMPORTANT: UBER/LYFT ARE NOT A RELIABLE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION IN THIS AREA. Individual car rentals or carpooling are required. Please orchestrate rides ahead of time. The travel time to and from the ceremony spot is around ~15-20 minutes.

This event is black-tie optional. Bring a swimsuit if you want to swim!

Dinner will take place at 6 pm, followed by dancing, swimming, and games. Buffet-style taco bar will be provided. Protein: chicken verde, carne asada, refried beans, and black beans Sides: rice, beans, salsa, chips Toppings: sour cream, guacamole, onion, cilantro, cheese, jalapeno, pickled red onion, cotija cheese Tortillas: soft corn tortillas BYOB!!

We have listed only 3 options below. Our Airbnb is located 10-15 minutes outside of the town of Sedona. Uber and Lyft are NOT reliably accessible. If you plan to drink, please plan accordingly! We strongly recommend staying near the Airbnb.

Flight

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG)

FLG is ~1-1.5 hours from Sedona, depending on traffic. Car rentals are available, but are less abundant than in Phoenix. Groome Transportation offers a shuttle service from Flagstaff to Sedona, but it requires advance booking. NOTE: A car rental is required for this trip. Sedona has extremely limited services. Please organize a car rental or carpool before arriving in Sedona!

Flight

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

PHX is ~2 hours from Sedona, depending on traffic. Car rentals are available and much more abundant than in Flagstaff. Groome Transportation offers a shuttle service from PHX to Sedona, but it requires advance booking. NOTE: A car rental is required for this trip. Sedona has extremely limited services. Please organize a car rental or carpool before arriving in Sedona!
