Hit the 101 and enjoy our favorite coastal highway! Hike Mount Rainier National Park and checkout wildflower meadows, witness glaciers, or enjoy scenic drives. Head up north for Olympic National Park: discover diverse landscapes: rainforests, beaches, mountains all in the same trip. Pop into Seattle and explore Pike Place Market, Seattle Waterfront, Bubblegum Alley, Fremont Troll, Space Needle, catch a Mariner's game or take a ferry to Bainbridge Island!
Kayak or even rent Hot Tub boats, yes, Hot Tubs boats in the Puget Sound! Spot orcas and other marine life against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. Visit nearby wineries with vineyard views and enjoy local wines. Explore the stunning beaches of the Pacific Coast, collecting seashells and enjoying the ocean breeze. The options are truly endless!
Travel
We're excited to share our special day with you in Pacific City, Oregon! To help with travel arrangements, we've gathered some information.
Fly into Portland International Airport (PDX) and arrange transportation to Pacific City. If you're traveling from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, consider flying out of Chicago, IL (ORD), Minneapolis, MN (MSP), or Des Moines, IA (DSM) for cheaper flights.
Pacific City is about a 2-hour drive from Portland. We're working on renting a couple 15 passenger vans from PDX to Pacific City if we can coordinate flights. Details to follow on our private Facebook page.
Book your accommodations near Pacific City as soon as possible; 4th of July is a busy season. We recommend renting a cabin, hotel, Airbnb, or VRBO anywhere in the area!
