We are hosting a welcome cocktail party for our out of town guests inside the lobby of the Doubletree Hilton Hotel at the Bistro 880 Restaurant & Bar on Friday August 22nd from 6:00-7:00 PM. Dress Casual! We will be serving some light bites in addition to beer and wine. We will also have a welcome bag to give you with details of our wedding weekend. We can't wait to see you there!

There will be cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony starting at 5:30 PM, and the dinner reception will follow after at 6:30 PM.

The closest airport to our wedding to book flights is the San Jose Mineta International Airport in San Jose, CA.
Hotel
This is the hotel that we highly recommend our guests to stay and that we will be providing free shuttle service for our out of town guests to get to and from the venue if you book with the hotel. It is located 19 minutes away from both the venue and the San Jose International Airport. Please make sure to call the hotel directly and book your rooms ASAP to ensure that you secure a room for the wedding. If you are flying in Saturday morning make sure to ask the hotel if you can have an early check in otherwise we know most of you will be flying in Friday afternoon/evening. There is also a restaurant and bar located inside of the hotel in the lobby called Bistro 880. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a Starbucks located directly across the street from the hotel as well and it is within walking distance. We look forward to celebrating our special day with you!
Travel Note
You can book a rental car through the San Jose Airport if you choose, or if you would like to use rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft you can do that as well to get from the airport to the hotel. The hotel Double Tree Hilton also has a complimentary shuttle that you can take from the airport to the hotel. You can call the hotel directly to schedule an airport shuttle pickup at (510) 490-8390 We are also providing transportation for our out of town guests staying at the Double Tree Hilton with free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back. The shuttle will be picking guests up outside at the hotel in front of the lobby. Pick up will be at 4:00 PM SHARP. Please make sure you are in the lobby ready at 3:45 PM. We want everyone to be safe first and foremost and have a fun night!
