We met 20 years ago while working for ACS doing customer service for Nextel. She sat near the back entrance of the call center where I came in every day. I didn't know her and was usually on a mission to get to my seat and plugged in ready to take a call. But one day I especially remember Trina peering at me over her PC. I asked one of my colleagues who she was. They said, "Oh, that's Miss Trina Jones!" From there she asked me out and we went on a couple of dates. But we were in two different places then. We kept in touch as friends over the years, mostly through FB. Almost a year ago, I reached out to Trina and said I was coming to town. We met for lunch, talked, and laughed as if we hadn't missed a beat. I saw her again a few weeks later, but this time things were different. We both looked at one another like, heyyyy lol! We walked toward each other and when Trina hugged me she kissed me on the cheek and caught a small portion of the right side of my mouth. Now her story is different, but I promise y'all, she was trying to kiss me in my mouth! LMBO!!! From then we had lunch on my way out of town. We graduated from FB messenger and began texting and calling one another on the phone. The rest is history! We go together now! Ha!
