To ensure everyone arrives on time, shuttles will be available from the following hotels. Both shuttles will arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM. BUS 1: * Holiday Inn: Departs at 3:30 PM (arrives at 3:15 PM) * Fairfield Inn: Departs at 3:40 PM (arrives at 3:35 PM) * East Rock Inn: Departs at 3:50 PM (arrives at 3:45 PM) BUS 2: * Quality Inn (Great Barrington): Departs at 3:55 PM (arrives at 3:40 PM) * Buttonball Inn: Departs at 4:10 PM (arrives at 4:05 PM) The busses will not wait so please be mindful of departure times. Busses will depart the reception at 11:00p.m, additional details to follow.

Booking through a block is available at this link! Because June is a very popular time for weddings in the Berkshires, this hotel requires two-night bookings. However, there are a limited number of one-night accommodations available through the block. If you do choose to stay two nights in the Berkshires, please visit our "Things To Do" page! The Berkshires is one of our favorite places and we know you will love it too.

Great Barrington has some of our favorite shops; we recommend walking around and exploring the clothing stores, home goods stores, coffee shops, bakeries, cheese mongers, art stores, and more. Some of our favorite shops are: SoCo Creamery (ice cream); Rubi's Coffee and Sandwiches; One Mercantile; Westerlind; T P Saddleblanket & Trading; and everything on Railroad Street!

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please let us know if you will be in attendance by May 1, 2026.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00p.m. We ask that guests please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 to ensure that everyone is seated on time!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors (tented).

While we love your little ones, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is formal/garden attire. Please note that our bridesmaids will be wearing champagne, and we kindly ask that this color be reserved for them. Because the wedding will be on grass, we suggest block heels or adding grass heel stoppers.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation and RSVP. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support.
