How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" section here on our website. Please do so no later than February 14th, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Secret Garden at the Madonna Inn. When you first drive into the property, you'll see it on your left-hand side along with signage. The reception will be held indoors at the Garden Room located inside the Madonna Inn Gold Rush Steakhouse, a short walk from the Secret Garden. Upon entering the steakhouse, you'll find the Garden Room entrance on your right-hand side and up the stairs. There is an ADA-accessible entrance to the Garden Room located outside the steakhouse to the far right.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the evening. Please arrive by 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to dress to the nines! Please wear formal attire in fun colors/textures/patterns. Think long dresses, suits and ties, and dressy separates. The ceremony will take place on grass, but heeled shoes should be fine as heel protectors will be provided at the garden entrance.

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those in our wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony, we’re keeping things unplugged— no phones, just your beautiful faces. During the reception, please feel free to take photos and capture all the fun!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available onsite at the Madonna Inn.
