We would love to see our loved ones dressed up for the occasion, so we ask that you wear semi-formal to formal attire. This looks like a suit or dress pants/dress shirt with a tie for men and a medium/longer nice dress for the ladies please and thank you! No color scheme needed, wear whatever you're comfortable in!
The venue has ample parking for all invited and is easily found if you follow the only street there is! The ceremony and reception will be indoors, while the cocktail hour will be outside so dress accordingly for October in Texas!
Short answer, yes! Long answer - We included all children on the invites so we can provide them dinner, so if yours were left off, please reach out to Collin or I directly as soon as possible so we can get them seats and food!
We are so appreciative of your generosity! To simplify things, we ask you only use the registry which will have all the information needed about gifts, rather than having to bring a gift with you to the wedding!
4:45 pm arrival time! The doors will be open at 4:30 pm and we will start the ceremony promptly at 5 pm so 4:45 is the time to arrive. Any late guests will not be allowed in the main seating area, they will be ushered to the second story to prevent disrupting the processional, so please aim for a few minutes early if possible.
Yes, drinks are on us!
There will be signage and my day-of-coordinator to help you out. However, a basic layout is as follows: The road in will take you past the front door and to the parking lot. You can identify the front door by the fountain in front of it. Enter the front door and head towards the glass doors directly in front of you. Turn right and you'll find the Ceremony area, left for the reception area. Entering the glass doors takes you to the cocktail hour location. There is an upstairs but it is reserved for vendors only. There will be signage, and my day of coordinator/DJ will be working together to help things flow and everyone be where they need to be, but to help give an idea: 4:30 pm - Doors open 5 pm - Ceremony in the chapel 5:30 pm - Cocktail hour in the courtyard 6:30 pm - Speeches and first dances 7:00 pm - Dinner 10:00 pm - Grand exit out the front door.
