The Emo's

We first met back in September 2023 at a work social event. Matt was enjoying a slice of pizza when Maya introduced herself, excited to finally meet someone around her age. We reconnected at work that October and started having lunch together, where a strong friendship naturally began to grow. Before long, we realized our friendship had blossomed into something more. We went on our first date right after Christmas that year, and the rest is history! Fast forward two years: on December 10, 2025, during a trip to Skyline Drive, Matt got down on one knee and asked Maya to marry him. A few days later, Matt joined Maya and her family on a trip to India, where he had the opportunity to meet her extended family. Life has been filled with love, joy, and unforgettable new experiences ever since!
