In the spring of 2022, Eva and Matt matched on a dating app and immediately connected. Eva was intrigued by Matt’s profile, which showed how deeply he cared about human rights and the environment. In addition, he could talk about space, stars, and the cosmos for hours, which was great, since Eva loved the wonderful mysteries of the universe. Matt was drawn to Eva’s adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors, but what really drew him in was her gorgeous smile and the cute little waving-hand emoji (👋) she included next to her height. It was sweet and quirky, and it told him everything he needed to know about her personality before they even met.
