Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Due to strict headcount we ask that you RSVP by May 10th, 2026.
Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The Broadmoor is a large property so please give yourself enough time to park/walk to the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30.
Question
How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
You will be responsible for transportation to the wedding venue. However, we will provide transportation to the rehearsal dinner from the Broadmoor Main on July 4th.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please let me know if you have allergies or dietary restrictions and I will do my best to accomodate.

What should wear?
Answer
The Ceremony, Cocktail hour and Reception will be Formal/Black tie optional. The Rehearsal dinner and the Welcome event will be cocktail attire.

Will the wedding be indoor our outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors given there is no rain. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. The rehearsal dinner will be indoors for the meal but there is an open deck.

Is there a parking charge?
Answer
If you are staying overnight at the Broadmoor, there will be a $40 parking fee per night.

Is it okay to take pictures?
Answer
Of course! There will be a QR code shared at the event to upload and share photos of the event.

Should I worry about the high elevation?
Answer
If you are traveling from out of town, pleased be aware of our high elevation. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and using sunscreen!
