Is there parking on-site at the Reception Venue?
Answer
Yes! There is parking available at the venue and across the street at the white office building: 250 W 1st St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101
Question
What is the closest airport that I should fly into?
Answer
We recommend you fly into Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) in Greensboro. While it may be a little more expensive than a ticket to Raleigh-Durham (RDU) or Charlotte (CLT), it is only about 25-30 minutes away from Winston-Salem, as opposed to 1.5 hours for the other two airports. If you fly into GSO, you can get a pretty affordable taxi/shared ride service but if you fly into the other airports, you would definitely need to get a rental car because there are not many options for long distance public transportation in NC.

Will I need to get a rental car?
Answer
If you only plan to do wedding related things in Winston-Salem, we don't think you will need a rental car if you stay downtown. It is pretty walkable and all of the wedding related events are within a 3-5 mile radius of downtown Winston-Salem. If you plan to have excursions outside of downtown or if you booked a flight at CLT or RDU airports, you should get a rental car.
