Raina and Mason met in 2019 when she was hired at the escape room where Mason worked. She remembers meeting him because Mason was wearing his Final Fantasy VII shirt. This captured her attention, as she is a huge fan of the franchise. They soon discovered that both loved video and tabletop games. Before long, they were playing Dungeons & Dragons together and hanging out. After three years of adventuring, their friendship sparked into a romance. Their first date was supposed to be at Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, but LA-- always teeming with events-- had it closed. They didn't let that ruin their date; they coasted through the streets of Hollywood, shared laughs, and enjoyed each other's company even when the plans went off the rails. It's a running joke between the couple; if there was a date to be had, the rain was also there, but even in rain or shine, the two did not let it ruin their time. As they've seen its an adventure to journey and grow through together.

Our reception is taking place at 6318 Clara Lee Ave. Please keep in mind the reception will be held outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Guests are asked to arrive by 5:30 PM so all may be gathered and ready when the evening’s festivities begin. Appetizers will be served from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Is dressing up required?

No, but we encourage people to embrace their inner child and dress up in a non-traditional way. Those who wish to participate are invited to don fantasy or Renaissance-inspired attire to match the spirit of our celebration.
