The provided link has the discount code already applied. We will provide transportation to and from the wedding for those who will be staying at the hotel. You must book your hotel by June 25th, 2026 to receive the discount. If you have trouble booking please let Mary Kate know.
Shuttle
Shuttle from The Delegate to Castle & Key Distillery
July 25, 2026 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Please be in the lobby by 4:30pm to begin boarding the shuttle. It will leave promptly at 4:40pm. There will be a bus available at 9:00pm to go back to the hotel. The final bus will leave following the reception at 11:00pm.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 10th, 2026 so we can plan all the details and celebrate together! If you do not RSVP by this date we will assume that you will not be attending.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal attire is requested. Ladies, we encourage midi or longer dresses with color. For Gentlemen suits are encouraged. Khakis are permitted; we kindly ask no jeans. Most importantly, wear something you feel great celebrating in!

We respectfully ask that our wedding be an adults-only event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will take place in the Sunken Garden and will open at 5:00 pm for seating. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Parking is available in the guest parking lot. Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, followed by the reception indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?
Answer
We will provide transportation to and from the hotel for guests staying at the hotel. Please note that Ubers and other rideshares do not frequently come to the property, so plan accordingly for your ride home. Transportation schedule can be found on our travel page.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Yes, you can leave your car in the guest parking lot overnight if needed. Once again, please note that Ubers and other rideshares do not frequently come to the property, so plan accordingly for your ride home.

Cell service at Castle & Key does not always pick up. The distillery offers free guest wifi. Network: Castle & Key Guest Wifi. You will be asked to enter your email.
