Tucson International Airport is the nearest airport about an hour and a half from Bisbee, AZ. Phoenix International Airport may be cheaper but is three and a half hours away from Sierra Vista. Closer to four hours from Bisbee.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 1st at the latest. After this date, we will assume you are not making it to our wedding. Please get your RSVP in 😊

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. Formal Garden Attire for the ceremony. Think spring. pastels, florals, or jewel tones for women and men have more flexibility in suit colors like brown, tan, green, grey. Search garden wedding attire in TikTok for examples if you would like. Please refrain from wearing white or black dresses. The venue is landscaped in typical Arizona fashion and in place of grass it is all rocks. Stilettos or very thin heels are not recommended. A wedge or block heel would be safer and easier on your ankles 😊

Are kids welcome?

We’d prefer to have this be an adults only event, however, we understand that small babies do best with their parents. Please arrange childcare for older children.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will commence at 5pm. Allow time for parking if not staying in Bisbee.

Please let us know if you intend on bringing a date. We may be able to accommodate your guest.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We suggest staying in Bisbee the night of the wedding if you plan on drinking. AZ has zero tolerance drinking laws. The Sierra Suites Boutique in Sierra Vista is our recommendation along with the Fairfield Inn. We have a room block reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Sierra Vista for $149. Mention our wedding for that rate. If you prefer to stay in Bisbee, there are plenty of hotels to choose from like the Copper Queen Hotel or the Bisbee Grand Hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is limited street parking near the venue. There are a couple parking lots within a very short walking distance available as well on Main St.
