How we met...
We met during the summer of 2018 working as summer camp counselors while home on summer break from college. Therefore, we wanted to tie the knot in the incredible place where it all began! Our wedding ceremony will be held at Bashore Scout Reservation within their chapel space. Due to this, please take note of our FAQ page for important details regarding the ceremony. We hope you all love it there as much as we do!

Anyone is welcome to walk to the ceremony chapel across the main field. However, shuttles from the parking lot to the chapel space will be available beginning at 1:45 PM and the last shuttle will leave promptly at 2:15 PM. Please allow yourself ample time to get settled, we would hate for you to be stuck in the parking lot.

What is the dress code?
Answer
This will be a Cocktail/ Semi-formal attire event. Please feel free to lean into the warm & moody fall season! (Please no denim/ casual wear/ tee-shirts). *IMPORTANT NOTE* Our ceremony will be held outside in a more rustic setting. Please do not hesitate to wear a more sensible shoe/ outerwear if necessary. There will be ample time to change footwear prior to cocktail hour, no worries!

Am I allowed to explore the camp grounds?
Answer
Bashore Scout Reservation is beautiful and we understand it may be tempting to explore/ wander while there. We are quite blessed to be able to use such a special place and it is important to us that we respect their space. We ask that everyone remain within the chapel, main field area, and parking lot. Due to its more rustic nature we would hate for there to be any injury or accidents.

Yes! We have a limited block of rooms at the Tru by Hilton Granville for a discounted rate. Please see the "travel" section for more details!

What does transportation look like?
Answer
We will have a shuttle available for those who are staying at our hotel block. The shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 4pm to cocktail hour. The shuttle returning to the hotel will leave the reception at 10pm.
