Terraza Casa Grande, Hotel Xcaret México
Quintana Roo, 77730, Mexico

All-White Evening Beach Attire: Elevated casual attire in all white — think linen sets, breezy dresses, sandals, and effortless resort style.

This is an all-white affair. Join us for a family-friendly evening of cocktails, conversation, and connection as we welcome our loved ones to paradise. This evening is an opportunity to relax after travelling, gather with family and friends, and begin the celebrations ahead of the wedding day. Ceremony

4:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Jungle Romance: Linen suits or slacks, breezy button-downs, cocktail dresses, and dressy jumpsuits are encouraged.

Tucked away in the lush jungles of Playa del Carmen, our celebration awaits along a turquoise river and soft white-sand beach. We encourage guests to wear comfortable footwear for the natural beauty surrounding the venue.

Cocktail Hour

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Enjoy delicious light bites, sip on handcrafted cocktails, and gather with us as the evening’s celebrations begin. Together, we’ll raise a glass before the formal reception unfolds.

Reception

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cuevas Kayak, Hotel Xcaret México
Quintana Roo, Q.R. 77730, Mexico

Leave the stilettos and oxfords at home. Let loose, and dance the night away!

Join us for a gourmet plated dinner, sip freely at the open bar, and enjoy private entertainment made just for our guests. The night will end the only way it should—with an unforgettable dance party under the stars that you’ll be talking about long after the music stops.

The After Party

11:00 pm

Not ready for the night to end? Neither are we. Just a 15-minute walk from the reception, the after party continues at Xupes Nightclub. Once the little ones are tucked in for the night, we invite our adult guests to join us for music, dancing, cocktails, and late-night fun in paradise. Be sure to check out El Deseo Speakeasy for unique handcrafted cocktails and a hidden lounge experience before hitting the dance floor. And of course — no late night is complete without tacos. Don’t forget to stop by the famous taco stand before calling it a night!
