Shuttle Schedule
August 1, 2025 4:40 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be available for transportation from Hotel 1620 to Indian Pond Country Club leaving around 4:40PM and 5:10PM. For those who wish to leave before the wedding ends at 11:00PM, the shuttle will make trips between Indian Pond Country Club and Hotel 1620 at 9:30PM, 10:00PM, and 10:30PM. If you plan to attend the after party, the shuttle leaving at or after 11:00PM will first stop at The Terrace Rooftop before going to Hotel 1620.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please avoid whites, creams, or light blue’s as these are the bride and bridal party colors. Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Our ceremony will take place on grass but the entirety of the reception will be inside or on the balcony, so ladies you should be able to wear any heels you’d like!

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in our wedding festivities.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, Indian Pond Country Club has plenty of parking to accommodate our guests!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
There will be a party bus that can transport 25 people at a time acting as shuttle between Hotel 1620 and Indian Pond Country Club between 4:40PM-12AM. Shuttle time’s during the reception will be posted at the venue.
