Our menu features a BBQ showcooking experience, where dishes are freshly prepared on-site by the chefs. To start (served at the table): Fennel soup with wild fennel pollen and farmhouse cheese from Pajottenland BBQ Selection: Thai fish cake with marinated vegetables Scampi with baharat spices and preserved lemon Angus picanha with chimichurri Slow-cooked Brasvar pork brisket, glazed Marinated chicken fillet Sides & accompaniments: A wide selection of seasonal salads, sauces and side dishes, including roasted potatoes and sweet potato fries. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives will be available for guests who have requested them. ----------------------------------- Il nostro menu prevede un’esperienza BBQ con showcooking, in cui i piatti vengono preparati al momento dagli chef.
