Makenzie & Jacob

Kenzie and Jake first met at a football tailgate, while both attending Robert Morris University.   Through the college years their lives intersect at many events and a friendship begins.  College adventures like hikes, ice cream runs, parties, and long conversations about anything and everything strengthens a deep friendship.  During the summer of 2021, romance begins and the relationship blossoms.  Four years later, Jake and Kenzie have grown together and continue life after college side by side. 

Kenzie and Jake love to travel and explore new places, local and far.  Their golden-doodle, Bear, also gets to tag along on most of these adventures!  November 2024, Jake asked Kenzie to marry him during another beautiful get away.  She said YES!  Now their biggest adventure has begun.  May 1, 2026 best friends will become husband and wife.

Friendship is a state of enduring affection, esteem, intimacy and trust between two people.  There is no better foundation for a relationship than starting as friends.
