Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity and catering, it is important that we stick to our guest list. Please do not bring additional guests if they are not listed under your party. If you have any questions or believe there is someone missing from your party under the RSVP page, please let us know.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to be 10-15 minutes early to find a seat and get settled. We can’t wait to see you all!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be at Pine & Co. The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. Dinner and reception will take place indoors.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Formal transportation will not be provided, but our ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. For out of town guests who are flying in, we recommend carpooling and ride services such as Uber and Lyft. Easy parking is available at the venue. All cars must be gone by midnight. Pine & Co is private property and the gates will be closed and locked at midnight.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Water, lemonade, tea, and soda will be provided. No alcoholic beverages will be served at this event. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages on the premises under any circumstances. This includes the parking lot. Pine & Co staff will ask you to leave if these rules are not followed.

River Kitty Cat Cafe
River Kitty Cat Cafe is where our cats Wesson & Boo were adopted This cafe was the dream of two local women, Annette Gries & Nancy Drake. They opened summer of 2017 to provide another location to find homes for cats in our community. From day one, the Vanderburgh Humane Society has been the pet partner for RKCC, providing all of the adoptable cats. In November 2019, VHS purchased the cafe. Every dollar spent goes to the non-profit to support caring for homeless animals in our community. It houses about 16 cats at a time who are all up for adoption. When one finds it’s new family, they bring another from the shelter which makes space at the VHS & gives the new cat a fresh audience with hopes of finding a new home. People can enter the cat lounge area to play with the cats for a small donation for VHS. The cafe offers coffee, smoothies, teas, sweet treats including macaroons, & more! They also have a cute variety of cat related merchandise for humans & their furry friends.
