WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by Saturday, 7/13/24 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in our website menu. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking, visiting our signage table, and finding your seats.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up in semi-formal attire. Consider floral dresses, relaxed cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, and button up shirts. Please no full white, cream, or ivory attire.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out". Invitations will be name specific, and some will include the names of older children only within the bride and groom's family. Thank you for your understanding.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Answer

There is free on-site parking with plenty of space at the front entrance of the venue.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an UNPLUGGED ceremony - once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away. We would love for everyone to be present with us and for our photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which will be shared with you. Our officiant will let you know when it's time to put your phone away. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like following the ceremony.

HOW WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED?

Dinner will be served buffet style through our wonderful caterer Alexa's Cafe (Bothell, WA). The bar will open during cocktail hour following the ceremony. Please let us know of dietary restrictions on your RSVP or by contacting us.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION/HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS?

As many of our guests are local, we do not have hotel bookings or transportations to/from the hotel available. Please plan your trip and stay accordingly. If you would like suggestions, we are happy to help.

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Answer

We do! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our Honeymoon Fund. You may find that in the menu under "registry". We will also have a card and gift table on site if you choose to share your love and thoughts in other ways.

WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS?

Please contact the bride or groom if you have any questions prior to the day of the wedding. On the wedding day, our wedding party and day of coordinator will be able to support you.
