Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on a grassy lawn, so please choose appropriate footwear. Also, please bring a sweater or jacket to keep warm!

A hotel block at Courtyard Marriott Coatesville has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate. The hotel will have extended bar hours until 2:00am on the night of the wedding. No outside alcohol will be permitted on the premises.

Seating for the ceremony will start at 2:30. Please arrive anytime from 2:30-3:00, as the ceremony will begin at 3:00. Limited free parking is available on site. Please carpool or uber when able. If using uber, you must have transportation available when the event ends at 9. Appetizers will be served after the ceremony. The main course will be a buffet style, which will include a vegetarian pasta and a gluten-free chicken piccata. Dessert will be offered after dinner. A free self-serve bar with beer and wine will be available for guests (liquor is not allowed). Please be responsible and have someone drive you if you plan to drink. Smoking is prohibited inside and within 10 feet of the building. Ashtrays will be provided, so please do not litter on the grounds.

While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on the invitations.

Answer

According to the venue: Everything on the outside is wheelchair accessible, as well as ramps going into the home. However, as a historic home, it isn't certified accessible.
