Nick and Maggie met online. After talking for copious amounts of time on the phone (2-4 hours/day!) for 2 weeks, they finally met downtown Fernandina for the first time. Nick's first words were, "I'm SO glad you aren't a 300-pound man catfisher!" Maggie was like, me too! 😂 From there they went on so many holiday dates because it was during November/December, and each day felt like a Hallmark movie (and still does!) To this day, their favorite dates are the adventurous kind. Little did Maggie know that Nick had been saving up all kinds of date ideas for his future adventure partner in crime. It's now Maggie's favorite thing to do is guess what he will come up with next! We enjoy the little moments as much as the big ones. Our core foundation is our relationship with Jesus, who strengthens and bonds us in all times. We both pinch ourselves every day that we were brought together, especially after waiting for that perfect person (our Kingdom partner) for so long. Appreciation for who each other is is an understatement and something we reflect on daily and thank God for every day. Gratitude is a hallmark of our daily walk. With all that said (and before we start tearing up), we are so excited to have you join us in the biggest adventure of our lifetime, marriage. We love you and can't wait to see you!
