What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking that all of our guests wear dressy attire. Wear something that makes you feel your best, because we want photos with everyone! Feel free to wear bright colors or patterns. Please refrain from wearing flipflops, t-shirts, jeans, or the color white.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We only want our nearest and dearest friends and family with us on our special day. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one unless it is clearly stated when you RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes absolutely! We want all of our favorite little ones to come celebrate with us. However, if you’d rather use this night as a child-free evening, that’s fine too!

What is for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner catered by JT's on the Hill. There will be fettucine alfredo, spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli, salad, and bread. We will also have sweet treats available, but we're still deciding on those! If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out and let us know so that we can accommodate!

There will be a cash bar available to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered for gifts . We have already lived together and accumulated all of our favorite things. We just want to celebrate with our friends and family, no gifts necessary!

Why wasn't I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Don't worry, we didn't forget! We have chosen to get married at the courthouse, so there will be no ceremony.

There is parking available at JT's on the Hill and there is additional parking in the lot next door.

Where is the reception?

Answer

We will be having our reception at JT's on the Hill in Zeigler, IL in their Whiskey Room.

Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2025 so that we can accurately plan everything.
