Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception will be held at Elegance Estates 2268 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554.

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be held under a tent on the patio and inside in the ballroom.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Either formal or semi-formal is preferred and black-tie optional.

We are from out of town, are there accommodations available?

Answer

Fairfield Inn & Suites Quantico Stafford located at 2784 Richmond Hwy, Stafford, VA 22554. The hotel is around 10 minutes from the venue. Unfortunately, we did not need enough rooms to meet the group discount. Please contact soon as the Marine graduation will be held near there the same weekend. However, there is additional hotels located in downtown Fredericksburg. The Publisher is the newest hotel in downtown Fredericksburg that took place of where Fredericksburg’s Free Lance Star (the local newspaper) was located. Please contact The Publisher directly if you wish to stay here. Again, we do not meet the threshold to reserve a block.
