We’ll be serving a buffet style meal. Soft drinks, water, beer, wine and signature cocktails will also be included.

Plus ones & children are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

The bride & groom have requested an unplugged ceremony. The best gift you can give during the ceremony is to be truly present and allow our photographer to capture this moment.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to give us a wedding gift we would be grateful for contributions towards our honeymoon fund.

What is the best way to RSVP & what is the deadline?

You can RSVP on this Website. The deadline to RSVP is March 8, 2025.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You should plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony & be seated 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Once the ceremony has started late entrance will not be allowed.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be outdoor (weather permitting) with indoor dinner service. Please dress accordingly.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Orion Hill has ample parking but carpooling is encouraged. Please be responsible & designate a sober driver if you plan on consuming alcohol.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We will have a shuttle transporting guests from the wedding venue to the Fairfield Inn in Arlington. The shuttle will run from 9:30pm - 11:00pm.
