But in short, we met in Yosemite on his first trip to the US and fell totally in love. He proposed in Carmel, Big Sur, and Greeley Hill. I said yes every time. We decided to marry in France in 2027. He came to visit in the interim to care selflessly for my family and I, and to develop a consuming affection for beef jerky. I came out to his ancestral home in November and fell in love with HIS family for all their whimsy and music. This last time he came to the US we decided we were sick of waitin' till we’re older so we're getting a head start on forever!
