Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes / Suits and seasonal gowns preferred! The ceremony will be held on grass, so stilettos are not recommended. Shuttles will be departing from the hotels at 4PM. Please note there is only one pickup time, so please do not miss the shuttle! Following our ceremony, we will have cocktails on the lawn followed by food stations and dancing inside of The Lodge.

Join us on the field at King Family Vineyards for Sunday Polo, Tents #2-8! We have reserved field-side tents and would love to see you stop by and enjoy the match with us to close out the weekend! Matches begin at 12:00 pm. Field and weather conditions permitting. Sunday mornings after 9:00 am, the match status can be confirmed by checking our website for updates or by visiting King Family Vineyard's website. Wine is available to purchase at the vineyards and food trucks are on site.

Join us at King Family Vineyards on Sunday for Polo! We have reserved Tents #2-8 on the Polo Field. First match begins at 12PM. Please park in the Main Parking Lot. The tents are located need the wine barn on the field!

Will transportation to and from the wedding be provided?
Answer
Yes - 4PM! We highly encourage our guests to utilize the pre-arranged transportation as navigating to the venue when you are unfamiliar with the area can be a bit tricky! For your convenience, buses will be available at our three preferred hotels - Boar's Head Resort, The Draftsman, and The Graduate at 4PM. Shuttle Pick-Up Locations: The Draftsman - Guests staying at The Draftsman will find the bus awaiting directly across West Main Street at the Stacey Hall Health System Bus Stop. The Graduate - Guest staying at The Graduate will pick up the bus outside of the University Baptist Church, just East of the hotel, on West Main Street. Boar's Head Resort - Guests staying at Boar's Head Resort will find the bus outside of the Main Lobby. If you would like to turn in early, we will have a bus available at 9PM to return guests to the hotels. And, a final departure after the festivities conclude at 11PM to take guests back to the hotels (or The Corner, for anyone not ready for the party to end!).

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at "The Lodge" at Mount Ida Farm (5931 Blenheim Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22902). Please note that there are multiple event venues on the Mount Ida property.
