Home2 Suites by Hilton York

This is one of two hotels in York, PA at which we have reserved a block of rooms for our wedding guests to receive a discounted rate and venue transportation. The reserved rooms are from Friday, August 22 to Sunday, August 24. Please call the number above to reserve your room, and mention that you are booking with the Kepner-Beitel Wedding block. In order to partake in our room blocks, please make your hotel reservation by Wednesday, July 23. Our preferred hotels will have shuttles to take guests to and from the venue (see details below). Shuttle Times: Hotel to Wedding: 3:35 pm at Hampton Inn & Suites (2159 S Queen Street, York, PA 17402). Those staying at Home2Suites will need to walk over to this address for pick up. This is the ONLY shuttle that will be taking guests to the venue. Wedding to Hotel: There are three shuttle times to go from the venue back to the hotels - 10 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1 AM We hope these hotels work for you, but if not, please see other hotels in the area we have linked below!

This is the second hotel at which we have reserved a block of rooms for our wedding guests to receive a discounted rate, and transportation to-and-from the venue! Please see the explanation below the Home2 Suites for further details about booking in our room block. Shuttle Times: Hotel to Wedding: 3:35 pm at Hampton Inn & Suites (2159 S Queen Street, York, PA 17402). This is the ONLY shuttle that will be taking guests to the venue. Wedding to Hotel: There are three shuttle times to go from the venue back to the hotels - 10 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1 AM To partake in the block, reservations must be made by Wednesday, July 23.

B F Hiestand House B&B

This is a small Bed and Breakfast on the Lancaster side of the river for any guests interested in a more quaint hotel experience, or looking to stay closer to Lancaster than York. We do not have a room block here, and no shuttle will be provided. This Bed and Breakfast is about 10 minutes from the venue.

Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

This is another hotel option that is on the Lancaster side of the river, for any guests looking to stay closer to the Lancaster area. This hotel is about 20 minutes from the wedding venue. We do not have a room block at this location, and transportation to the venue is not provided.

Hotel to Wedding Shuttle Details

August 23, 2025 3:30 pm - 3:45 pm

Pick Up Location: Hampton Inn & Suites York South (2159 S Queen Street, York PA 17402). One shuttle will pick up for both of our preferred hotels (if you are staying in the Home2Suites, you will need to walk to the Hampton Inn & Suites for shuttle pick up). The shuttle will arrive at 3:35 PM, and depart for the venue at 3:45 PM. There is only one shuttle, so if it is missed you will need to find alternate transportation to the venue.
