Kyle and Maddie met New Year’s Eve 2012 at a friend’s party. Although they didn’t interact very much that night Maddie couldn’t help but notice the 6’6” bearded ginger and think he was pretty cute. Kyle remembers Maddie being a shy but beautiful girl. A couple days later Maddie reached out to him on Facebook and they began talking. Their first date was dinner at Red Lobster and a movie (Gangster Squad). It has been 12 years since that date and Kyle and Maddie have spent the years since learning, growing, laughing, and loving. They have spent many days enjoying live music, camping, fishing, playing cards, traveling to places near and far, and working on their home they bought together. Lots has changed over the last 12 years, but their love and commitment to each other has never wavered. Finally, after many years of just living, they are ready to tie the knot in front everyone they love and hold dear and make official the silent commitment they made years before!
