When should I RSVP by?

RSVP's will open once formal invitations are sent out. Please RSVP by September 1, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Guest arrival begins at 4pm, but we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat and get settled before the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color, a cocktail dress or full length gown.

Plus ones were indicated on your invitation ('and guest'). Unfortunately, we can't offer a plus one to everyone due to space restrictions.

This event is adult-only with the exception of our wedding party.

Of course. There is a section within the RSVP form to indicate any food allergies.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of onsite parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we are providing coaches to bring guests to and from the venue from a designated pick up location near our preferred hotels (indicated in the Travel section) in downtown Asheville. Guests staying in other accommodations may also utilize these buses, but will need to meet at the meeting spot, where they will also be dropped off at the evening's close.
